How do I book?
It’s easy to book through our reservations partner GuestReady by clicking on the “Book Now” button at the top, and selecting you desired suite. If you have any pre-booking queries, you are welcome to contact us here.

How do I find the property?
The property is located on Kirkgate, adjacent to Vicar Lane. You will find the entrance door right next to Browns Family Jewellers, marked with the property address. If you have any issues finding the property, please call the contact number found on your booking confirmation email.

Where can I park?
The nearest Pay and Display car park located 2-3 minutes’ walk is Crown Street Car Park, Leeds, LS2 7DE. You can pre-book your parking and pay online by visiting www.leedscarpark.co.uk.. Please note, we are not affiliated with this parking provider, and their own T&C’s apply.

How far are you from the closest train/bus station and airport?
Located in the heart of Leeds City Centre, the property is well connected by all modes of transport. The train station is 7 minutes’ walk, bus station is 5 minutes’ walk, and the airport is only a 25 minutes’ drive.

What are the check-in and check-out hours?
Check-in is available between 3pm-10pm, and all check outs are by 11am on the day of your departure. If you require an extended check-out, you must inform us in advance by contacting us here, giving us no less than 24 hours’ notice. Late check-outs incur an additional fee of £20.

Is a deposit and ID required for check-in?
Yes we do require a deposit of £250 (GBP) on check-in, including sight of a government issued ID. Deposits are taken as cash only at check in, and will be reimbursed to you following your check-out inspection.

What is your cancellation policy?
The policy for cancelling your reservation varies depending on the platform and the rate you choose. If you book directly with GuestReady, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to five days before your check-in date. However, if you book through other platforms, the cancellation policy may differ, and you may be subject to a non-refundable booking rate.

Is there a lift at the property?
The property does not have a lift, and is therefore unsuitable for young children, or those who required accessible access?

Is there any council tax / bills to pay?
Your stay is inclusive of all costs and fees. We encourage all our gusts to turn off lights/appliances not in use to minimise waste and help look after our environment.

Can you accommodate babies / children at the property?
The property is not suitable for young children due to the presence of stairs. However, we can accommodate small children by providing a travel cot on request. This must be made in writing following your reservation by contacting us here. We do require a minimum 24 hours’ notice in order to accommodate your request.

Do you have smart TV’s?
All our televisions are Smart TV’s that feature built in apps for the most popular streaming platforms. Please note, due to terms and conditions of these streaming platforms, we are unable to provide a subscription during your stay, and so if you use your personal accounts, please remember to sign out of these at the end of your stay.

What is your WiFi speed?
WiFi speeds are approximately 20Mbps download/upload per device, which is ample for most use cases. This is to ensure every guest is able to access the internet on the shared connection.

Can I order takeaway food to the property?
Yes, please provide your restaurant the building address and meet your delivery driver at the building door.

What is included in the kitchen?
Our fully equipped kitchens come with everything you need to prepare a lovingly fresh meal. As standard, they are equipped with a kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and a fridge (with an ice box). Our Signature and Deluxe suites also benefit from an integrated dishwasher, and a complementary detergent pod to get you started. You also have access to a range of cookware including a full set of crockery and cutlery, knife set, chopping board, pots and pans, baking trays, serving dishes and more.

How many Nespresso pods do I get on check-in?
You will receive two complementary Nespresso pods on check in. The barcode on these pods instructs the machine to dispense the correct amount of water, so please use a suitably sized cup for your drink. If you are looking to purchase some more, please note the type required is Nespresso Vertuo pods. These can be purchased from the Nespresso Experience Centre in Leeds Trinity, a short 5 minutes’ walk from the property.

Do you have any laundry facilities?
All our suites are equipped with washing machines, drying rack, iron, and an iron board. On check-in, you receive a complementary detergent pod to get you started with your first wash. Our Signature Suite also benefits from a combined washer/dryer function, for a quick and hassle free laundry experience.

Do the suites have safes?
Yes, all our suites have a safe located in the bedroom cupboard. To use the safe, place your belongings inside, then close the door and type in a 6 digit code of your choice. To open the safe again, type in the same 6 digit code. If you have forgotten your code, you will need to contact our team on the number provided in your reservation confirmation email.

How is the heating controlled?
Each room has it’s own electric radiator, with a built in control. Simply press the on/off button to operate the appliance, and set the desired room temperature using the up and down arrows.

Do you have a hair dryer?
Yes, all our suites have a TRESemmé hair dryer located in the bedroom cupboard.

FAQ - Guest Welfare

Is smoking/vaping allowed at the property?
Smoking inside the suites or in the building is strictly prohibited and will result in a charge to the guest. This is in place for the safety and welfare of all guests at the property.

Are fire drills carried out at the property?
Routine fire alarm checks are carried out as part of the health and safety requirements of residential blocks. If there is a fire alarm test planned during your stay, you will be notified beforehand.

Are pets allowed at the property?
In the interest of guest welfare, we currently cannot accommodate pets at the property.

Am I allowed to host a party?
In the interest of all guests, parties are strictly not allowed at the property. We also encourage all guests to ensure a moderate level of noise is maintained at all times between 10pm – 7am. Should you have any noise concerns, please call the contact number on your booking confirmation email for further assistance.

What is the nearest supermarket?
Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s are conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from the property. As you leave the building, turn left, and head straight onto Briggate, at which point you turn right and continue walking to The Headrow where you will see both shops.

Where is the nearest ATM?
You will find an ATM machine very conveniently located right next to the building entrance. The ATM accepts all major cards.

Where are the nearest restaurants?
With a location in the heart of Leeds City Centre, you are spoilt for choice of restaurants, never more than a few minutes’ walk. Feeling lavish? Why note dine at the infamous Ivy restaurant at the Victoria Quarter, just 2 minutes’ walk from the property.
